Engagement sessions

Yo. I’m starting this intro with a pro/ photo/ life tip. If you’re having professional photos made, one of the BEST ways you can really commemorate your relationship is to have your photos taken somewhere meaningful to you: The place you met, the place you had your first date or first kiss, the place you fell in love, etc. You’ll be able to look back at these photos printed throughout your home and truly remember and relive the backstory of your love. You’ll be able to share these images with your loved ones, even your children one day, and really give them a visual to the FULL story. That’s exactly why this [gorgeous undiscovered movie star] couple chose the buzzing city of New Orleans to capture their love – the place they fell for each other!

New Orleans

The New Orleans Blues & BBQ Festival had the streets buzzing with music, food, and artwork – more so than the usual weekday! Jesse and I REALLY wanted to capture that culture-rich vibe unique to NOLA for these images. We started at the iconic Jackson Square and made our way through the colorful artwork lining the streets. Things got a little warm so to cool off and chill out, we obviously had to stop for drinks! We walked through the city, danced in the streets, and told questioning strangers more than once that no, we were not shooting a movie.Β πŸ˜‚Β We had such a wonderful time and are just as excited to capture this duo’s December wedding day. We’re all hoping the weather will be much cooler by then. 😁
