It is always a pleasure to photograph the Dunne family! This session was done at the Fairhope, Alabama Yacht Club, and we finished out the session in the client’s backyard! Just goes to show what can be done with an awesome lens and beautiful golden afternoon sun!
I am SO GLAD I was able to fit this maternity session in during busy wedding season! I give Rebekah and Reid credit on picking the location for this one! You can’t deny that Rebekah is probably the most beautiful pregnant person of all time. They will be welcoming another baby girl this September!
I met Kayleigh a little over 4 years ago when she asked me to photograph her then two year old daughter and we became instant friends. Not that it’s a rare thing to become friends with my clients, but there was just a spark about Kayleigh! We “clicked”. Since then, she has seen me through my triumphs and failures, as a business owner, a mom, wife, and friend (aaaand I may have accidentally turned her hair little old lady gray once. Or twice…). She has a TRUE heart of love and she literally radiates positivity! Now that our lives have become so (so so) much more hectic with booming careers and an additional baby for both of us, we don’t have much time for more than coffee dates, but we always pick up right where we left off and I will always value Kayleigh as one of my best, real true friends.
Courtney and Nate (who are currently residing in Texas) chose the beautiful Gulf Shores, AL as a central meeting location for their friends and family to meet to celebrate their wedding day! Hearing their loved ones toast to them was a highlight of the evening, and as for me, I hid behind my camera as I tried and failed to resist the tears streaming down my face watching Nate and his mom dance during the reception. It’s only a matter of time before I’m that mom on the dance floor holding my grown son and wishing I could go back to this time and place I’m living now. *Gulping back tears* Ahem!! Anyway!
